curologyshops provides customers with convenient payment options during checkout. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods currently accepted and how payment-related issues are handled.

The payment options available at checkout may depend on the customer’s location, order, and payment provider availability.
Payment Authorization
When an order is submitted, the selected payment provider may verify and authorize the payment before the order can be processed.
An order may not be completed if the payment is declined, cannot be verified, or otherwise fails the applicable payment authorization process.
Billing Information
Customers should provide accurate billing information when placing an order.
If the billing information does not match the requirements of the payment provider, the transaction may be declined or additional verification may be required.
Order Confirmation
A successful payment does not necessarily mean that an order cannot later be reviewed for issues such as product availability, payment verification, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If an issue affects an order, we will contact the customer using the information associated with the order when appropriate.
Currency and Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are presented before the customer completes checkout. The applicable order total should be reviewed before payment is submitted.
Any applicable charges will be shown during checkout.
Refunds
When a refund is approved under our Refund & Return Policy, the refund is generally processed within 1–2 business days after the eligible returned item has been received and reviewed.
The refund is normally sent back to the original payment method.
After processing, it may take approximately 7–10 business days for the financial institution or payment provider to make the funds available.
Payment Security
Payment information may be processed through third-party payment providers. We use payment services designed to handle transaction information securely.
Customers should never send complete payment card information to us by email or through an unsecured communication channel.
